Shipping and Returns
- We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Custom, personalized, or designer-specific items are final sale.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return:

- Returns must be shipped with tracking and insurance.
Once your order is received, please allow up to 3 days before we can ship. Shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 days. If for some reason, you do not receive your order, please contact me for tracking information. If the tracking information has been delivered or signed for, Two Gems Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost packages. If the tracking information states that it has not been delivered, please open a case with the post office and you may choose a replacement piece or a credit to the store. Shipping is on me! Should you decide to return, returns are 15 days and credit to the store only. Thank you.
